Hospital Visitation Policy

One (1) VISITOR AT A TIME   
Visiting Hours: 12-8 pm

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Visiting Hours: 12-2 pm and 5-7 pm

All visitors must wear a mask at all times per CDC guidelines for healthcare facilities regardless of vaccination status. The mask must cover the nose and mouth.

Visitors must be screened prior to entering Holy Redeemer Hospital and going to a patient’s room. Visitors must stay in the room with the patient and should practice social distancing as much as possible while in the room. 

Please note:

  • 24/7 Same-Day Surgery: Only (1) visitor may accompany a patient and remain with them until the procedure begins. The visitor may return when the patient is ready for discharge. 
  • Outpatients Requiring Assistance: Only (1) visitor may accompany a patient.
  • Maternity: One (1) banded support person may remain with the patient 24/7. No other visitors are allowed.
  • NICU: Only two (2) banded visitors allowed. These visitors are allowed 24/7.
  • Prenatal Ultrasounds - One (1) support person may remain with the patient during the ultrasound (all locations where performed, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Radiology).
  • Emergency Department: One (1) visitor allowed 24/7. Adult patients in isolation are not permitted to have visitors. Minor patients may have both parents present. No visitors are permitted in the waiting room unless the patient requires special assistance approved by the clinical team.
  • End-of-life Care: Two (2) visitors are allowed at a time.
  • Senior Behavioral Health Unit: One (1) visitor is allowed between 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm.
  • No visitors are permitted for COVID-positive patients.

Staff may modify visitation limits dependent on the specific needs of the unit at any given time
