As a Catholic Health System, rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, we Care, Comfort, and Heal following the example of Jesus, proclaiming the hope God offers in the midst of human struggle.
Our mission to care, comfort and heal continues to grow through the many programs, services, and facilities that comprise Redeemer Health. Here are some resources that may help you.
Community Health Needs Assessment
The Community Health Needs Assessment report provides information on a study of the health status and health needs of residents in the communities served by Holy Redeemer Hospital. Learn more.
Adulthood brings new challenges for families concerned about the health and quality of life of a loved one with an intellectual disability. But, when those with an intellectual disability grow older and their parents and families are struggling to sustain their care, Redeemer Health's Reilly Home for Independent Adults offers a safe and secure “forever” home.
Domestic Violence Resources
Domestic violence affects one in every four women. And the abuse can take many forms: physical, emotional, sexual, and economic. Learn more.
Pennsylvania Safe Haven Law
Holy Redeemer Hospital complies with the Pennsylvania Safe Haven law that gives parents a safe, legal alternative to abandoning their baby. The law allows parents to bring their newborn (up to 28 days old) to any Pennsylvania hospital, including Holy Redeemer Hospital, to a police officer at a police station, or to an emergency services provider at an EMS station without the fear of criminal prosecution — as long as the baby has not been harmed. Pennsylvania is one of 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico that have enacted safe haven legislation. Safe Haven Hotline: 1-866-921-SAFE (7233). The Sisters of the Redeemer founded Drueding Center in 1987 as Project Rainbow. We serve the most vulnerable, helping them recover the dignity of standing on their own. Visit Drueding Center to learn more.
Health Insurance Marketplace
The Health Insurance Marketplace offers a single, online source that will help you get information about your health coverage options with easy, side-by-side comparisons of private insurance plans’ benefits, including quality, and price. You can also find out if you’re eligible for assistance with the costs of health coverage. Learn more.
