On the application, there is a prompt that asks an applicant "How did you hear about us?" Please have the person(s) you refer select "employee referral" and have them enter your name.
*To receive the incentive the person(s) you refer must accept an offer and remain employed. Payment is done in three phases: after 30 days, six months, and one year of employment of the person you referred.
This program is open to all employees. Directors, managers, and supervisors may participate, except when recruiting for their own department. If you have any questions, please see your supervisor.
