This is a 4-class series, with sessions taking place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

The entire course runs from December 3-12, and the following important topics will be covered during each session: 

• Wednesday, December 3: Understanding Diabetes, Nutrition and Carbohydrate Counting
• Friday, December 5: Diabetes Medications, Monitoring Your Diabetes Numbers
• Wednesday, December 10: Short-term Complications, Long-term Complications (Feet, Skin, Eyes, Kidneys, Teeth)
• Friday, December 12: Physical Activity with Diabetes, Mental Health, Stress Management
