This is a 4-class series, with sessions taking place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:00-4:00 p.m.

The entire course runs from February 18-27, and the following important topics will be covered during each session: 

• Wednesday, February 18: Understanding Diabetes, Nutrition and Carbohydrate Counting
• Friday, February 20: Diabetes Medications, Monitoring Your Diabetes Numbers
• Wednesday, February 25: Short-term Complications, Long-term Complications (Feet, Skin, Eyes, Kidneys, Teeth)
• Friday, February 27: Physical Activity with Diabetes, Mental Health, Stress Management
