Drueding Center Earns Grant to Support its Food Pantry
February 13, 2026

Philadelphia, PA, February 2026 – The Green Light Food Pantry at Drueding Center was granted $5,000 as part of a community impact fund to address hunger and nutrition access. According to Chobani Community Impact Fund, in partnership with La Colombe Coffee Workshop, the funds support a range of initiatives from emergency food pantries and meal delivery, to culturally affirming nutrition programs and mobile teaching kitchens.
Green Light Food Pantries are known for providing only healthy and nutritious food selections, such as fresh produce, whole grain pasta and cereals, dairy and lean proteins. They also offer cooking and nutrition classes. They will use the grant funds to keep the shelves stocked.
“We are grateful to Chobani and La Colombe for these funds,” said Drueding Center Executive Director, Anne Marie Collins. “Collectively, the 12 recipients of these community impact funds can make a difference in Philadelphia communities that are at risk of food insecurity.”
Drueding Center, located in North Philadelphia, helps families that have experienced homelessness. They also provide community case management and child care services. The center has been home to its Green Light Food Pantry since 2013.
