About Puja Patel, MD

Dr. Puja Patel offers a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care to support patients from adolescence through menopause. Her services include wellness exams and testing, reproductive health counseling, prenatal care, menopause management, workup and treatment of abnormal gynecologic conditions, and minimally invasive pelvic surgery.

Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She completed her residency in OB/GYN at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Prioritizing trust and open communication, Dr. Patel works to provide evidence-based, compassionate care in a way that empowers her patients to make informed decisions about their health. The relationships she builds with her patients are what Dr. Patel values most. Being part of their major life milestones and helping them through both joyful and difficult times are privileges she never takes for granted.

Dr. Patel enjoys spending her free time with her family, cooking, and reading. She likes to travel when she can, but she appreciates the little things, like movie nights, baking with friends, and relaxing weekends.
