Eugene Haas, DO

Dr. Eugene Haas provides primary care, including chronic care management, to patients of all ages starting from birth. In addition to family medicine, he is experienced in acute care and procedural medicine in urgent care settings. 

His philosophy of patient care is simple, with an emphasis on patient education, empowerment, and collaboration. He ensures that each person is seen and heard and provides care as though patients were his own family members.

Dr. Haas credits his Jesuit education at St. Joseph’s Prep and Georgetown with helping him to become the "man for others" that he strives to be as a primary care physician. He went on to earn a master’s degree in biomedical science from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, then returned to the northeast to study at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital, where he served as chief resident. He earned board certification in family medicine in 2012 and in urgent care medicine in 2020. 

Dr. Haas is a devoted husband and father of four children and keeper of two beloved English bulldogs. He is also an avid fan of Philadelphia sports and the Georgetown Hoyas.
