Arielle Fields, MD

Dr. Arielle Fields provides preventive care and wellness services, chronic disease management, specialist referrals, geriatric care and hospital-to-home transition care. Her work in adult primary care emphasizes preventive health management and care coordination to help improve patient health outcomes.

Dr. Fields graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA with a BS in biology before earning her medical degree from Drexel Medical College. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. Her interest in healthcare technology has led her to expand her expertise in the role of AI in healthcare through coursework with Johns Hopkins University.

For Dr. Fields, medicine is individualized—she meets patients where they are, always striving to educate them and help them reach their personal goals. Her approach to managing complex conditions starts with attention to lifestyle factors such as movement and good nutrition, which she encourages for people of all ages. She works to minimize the need for prescription medication and to keep patients out of the hospital whenever possible. 

Dr. Fields values caring for people and building trusted, lasting relationships in the community where she grew up as the child of a physician and a nurse. She’s committed to being the kind of doctor people can count on for their entire lives.
