In-Home Support

Redeemer Health provides private pay, non-medical, in-home support services in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties to help individuals who need assistance with daily living tasks. Kind, skilled, and knowledgeable, our staff provides the support needed to ensure those they care for stay well and safe. Our caregivers can come for a minimum of 4 hours up to 24 hours/day, once weekly or up to 7 days/week.

What Our Support at Home Offers

Our caregivers come to your home to provide such services as:

• Personal care to help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal needs
• Assure safe ambulation and getting up and down from chairs or bed to chair
• Medication reminders to assure clients are compliant with medication regime
• Close supervision to keep client safe and report any changes in condition
• Food shopping and meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments, family or friends visits, and errands
• Light housekeeping to take care of basic tasks, such as laundry, changing bed linens, and tidying the house
• Conversation and camaraderie
• Safe transitions program when returning home from a medical facility where a caregiver can pick you up at the hospital/facility, take you home and do laundry, run to the grocery store or pharmacy and get you settled back at home
