As a Redeemer Health Physician Practice, we have access to a full-service hospital with a maternity center that houses one of the area’s most advanced neonatal intensive care units and nature-inspired, completely private delivery suites and postpartum rooms.

Prescriptions

For prescription refills, please submit your request through the Patient Portal or call 215-914-4400. Please allow at least 24 hours for the prescription to be called in. You’ll need the following information:

• Your date of birth
• Your phone number
• Name of medication
• Pharmacy name and number
