Employees enrolled in a Redeemer Health Care plan: Upon successful completion of the HealthyU guideposts, you will receive a reduction in your employee premium share that is equivalent to 1% of your salary. This premium share reduction will continue through the following calendar year, providing ongoing savings as a reward for healthy choices.
Employees not enrolled in a Redeemer Health Care plan: Employees who are not enrolled in a Redeemer Health Care plan are still eligible for an annual incentive award, which will be distributed early in the following calendar year. Employees must be active at the time of payment to receive any rewards.
