Be sure to complete and submit all activities by October 31, 2026. Spouses can join in too! Their participation can help you enjoy an additional $250 savings on your premium share.
If you're a full-time and part-time employees not enrolled in a Redeemer Employee Health Plan, you can earn a $250 reward to spend in an online catalog filled with valuable prizes by completing a health assessment, an annual physical with your primary care provider, and an age-appropriate cancer screening (or a preventive dental cleaning if applicable. Supplemental and PRN employees can earn a $150 reward to use toward the same catalog by completing these same activities.
