Holy Redeemer Child Care Center has a STAR 4 rating from the Keystone STARS early learning quality initiative. Keystone STARS is a continuous quality improvement learning initiative for early learning programs, with more than 4300 child care programs participating statewide. STAR 4 rating is the highest level awarded, and is based upon nationally recognized standards for staff education and professional development, early learning environment, partnerships with family and community, and leadership and management.

Child care centers enroll in the STARS program voluntarily and progress from STAR 1 to STAR 4 ratings as they improve quality of care and education. Keystone STARS is part of the Early Learning Keys to Quality Initiative, which was developed by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning to ensure all Pennsylvania families have access to high-quality early childhood education that foster children’s success in school and life.

The center has also earned Accreditation+ through the NAEYC Early Learning Program Quality Assessment and Accreditation system. It's the highest designation awarded by the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). Accreditation+ recognizes early learning programs that not only meet national standards for excellence but also demonstrate their commitment to high-quality care and education through verified on-site practices and participation in enhanced quality assurance protocols. This distinction positions Holy Redeemer Child Care Center among a select group of early learning programs across the country, recognized for both foundational excellence and operational integrity in delivering developmentally appropriate, high-impact learning experiences.
