How does your work here contribute to the Redeemer Health mission to care, comfort and heal?
I am honored to support our mission and values to care, comfort and heal by serving our underserved communities and aging population through the delivery of evidence-based patient-centered care. My daily interactions provide me with opportunities to overcome the day-to-day complex holistic needs of our patients and families. Furthermore, my teams and I provide the mentoring and leadership to our multidisciplinary staff in order to maximize collaboration, professional development and achieve our quadruple aim goals to improving population health, our patients' experience, reducing cost and employee satisfaction.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with my family, traveling, practicing yoga, being a lifelong learner in academia, outdoor activities, and volunteering my time to the NJ Medical Corps and serving as an executive board member of the Home Care and Hospice Association of NJ Board and Chair of the Foundations Program.

What would you like to share about your family and pets?
A proud CODA (child of deaf adults) and parent to my daughter Tiana Isabel and rescue lab retriever Lola.
