Previous Positions and Companies: I've been able to work most of the sides of the health care equation: providing advice to large national employers about their benefit plans as a principal for Mercer Human Resource Consulting, as the Leader of Managed Health Care Delivery for the nation's largest non-investor owned insurance company (HCSC), and provider consulting as the Practice Leader for Fluid Edge Consulting.

How does your work here contribute to the Redeemer Health mission to care, comfort and heal?
While I don't provide direct patient care, I am very lucky to be able to help Redeemer Health optimize our payments from insurers so we can provide care, comfort and healing to all patients we serve and not just their members. 

Our population health and BI efforts provide meaningful information to our caregivers and the IWA PCPs so they can conduct proactive outreach, close care gaps and better manage their patient populations. 

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Almost anything outdoors, especially my gardens, yard and walking. 

What would you like to share about your family and pets? 
Four awesome kids, one amazing grandson, the best wife, and a golden retriever "Rocket" who enables 5,000 steps a day.
