Helene Coakley is an accomplished nursing leader with 30 years of experience in maternal health, OB/GYN practice management, home health, and high-acuity obstetricsdedicated to improving access, care coordination, and outcomes for diverse populations.

She earned her RN diploma from the Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Immaculata University. Helene also holds certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

As Director of Redeemer Health’s CarePath Nurse Navigation and OB Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Programs, Helene has significantly advanced women’s health initiatives. Under her leadership, the SUD program has supported hundreds of patients and introduced impactful services, including behavioral health care, access to a food pantry, and the Confidence Closet, which helps women transition back to the workplace. The program’s success has driven its expansion across all women’s health services at Redeemer Health.

Earlier in her career, Helene founded and operated a specialized home care agency providing high-acuity nursing services to medically fragile newborns.
