Helene Coakley, BSN, RN
Helene Coakley, BSN, RN
Director, CarePath Nurse Navigation Program
Helene is an accomplished nurse leader with extensive experience in maternal health, OB/GYN practice management, home health, and high-acuity obstetrics.
As Director of Redeemer Health’s CarePath Nurse Navigation Program and OB Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program, Helene has made a profound impact on women’s health. Under her leadership, the SUD program has served hundreds of patients and introduced key initiatives, including behavioral health services, access to a food pantry, and the Confidence Closet—which supports women transitioning back to the workplace. The program’s success led to its expansion across all women’s health services at Redeemer Health.
Earlier in her career, Helene founded and operated a specialized home care agency providing nursing services to medically fragile newborns.
Helene earned her RN diploma from Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and her BSN degree from Immaculata University.
