What is the HealthyU! program and how does it benefit me?
The HealthyU! program is a wellness initiative designed by Redeemer Health to inspire and support you in achieving your health goals. Whether it's managing stress, adopting healthier eating habits, increasing your physical activity, or addressing other personal health needs, the program offers practical tools and resources.
What incentives will I receive if I participate in the HealthyU! program?
The most important incentive is achieving your goal of becoming a healthier you! You also stand to gain significant annual savings toward your Redeemer Employee Health Plan premium share. Additionally, full-time and part-time employees not enrolled in a Redeemer Employee Health Plan who complete health and wellness goals can receive an award to apply toward an online catalog of valuable prizes.
How do I qualify to earn discounts or incentives in the HealthyU! program?
In the HealthyU! program, you need to achieve three goals before Oct. 31, 2026, to qualify for rewards. There are three required activities: completing a health risk assessment, completing an annual well visit with your primary care provider, and getting an age-appropriate preventive cancer screen or an annual dental cleaning.
How can I register for the HealthyU! program?
Visit the Redeemer Health intranet and go to the Human Resources tab. Click on HealthyU! From there, you will be able to access the HealthyU! website here and set up an account.
To set up your account:
- As a new user select "Register" to create your account
- Company: RH
- Member ID: Plug in your employee ID, found on the backside of your employee ID badge. Only you can register with this number.
